Guided Labyrinth Walk May 30, 9:00AM

A free community labyrinth experience for women

$0.00

When: Saturday, May 30th at 9:00 AM to 11:00AM

Where: Labyrinth behind St. George Episcopal Church, Maple Valley.

What: Join us for a peaceful guided walk through the community labyrinth in Maple Valley.

Why join: Walk with intention through the community labyrinth and give yourself a chance to slow down and breathe.
Release stress, clear your mind and enjoy a peaceful morning in nature.
Reconnect with yourself in a supportive circle of women and leave feeling calmer and more centered.

Who is this for: For women who are feeling overwhelmed and craving a moment to slow down.

What to expect: We’ll begin by gathering as a group for a warm welcome and brief introduction to the history and meaning of labyrinth walking. I’ll explain how the walk works and offer a simple intention-setting practice.

You’ll then walk the labyrinth at your own pace, with time to reflect on a few optional journaling questions that I will offer.

After the walk, we’ll come together for an optional sharing circle to connect and reflect as a community.

What to bring: a water bottle, comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather as this is an outdoor event. Optional: journal and a pen.

Important Note: The labyrinth path is located on a gravel surface with uneven ground and multiple turns - such is the nature of a labyrinth. Please consider your personal physical abilities and any limitations before registering. Only you can determine whether this experience is appropriate and comfortable for you.

Please sign up in the form below. This walk is limited to 10 women to provide for the best, most comfortable and enriching experience.
