9/19 Rest & Reset

Two hours to put down the noise and breathe again

$49.00

When:  Sept 19, 11am - 1pm

Where: Lake Wilderness Arboretum (location may change, participants will be notified ahead of time)

22520 SE 248th St, Maple Valley, WA 98038

You spend so much of your time taking care of things — work, family, responsibilities, decisions, endless lists and everyone who needs something from you.

Even when you finally stop moving, your mind may still be running.

Rest & Reset is your invitation to stop.

For two hours, you don't have to accomplish anything, solve anything or take care of anyone else. You simply arrive and let yourself be guided through an intentional experience designed to quiet the mental noise, settle your body and create some breathing room within.

This isn't a class you need to perform in or a workshop where you need to figure something out.

It's a guided rest experience.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, more grounded and able to breathe again.

What happens during Rest & Reset?

This is a carefully designed journey from doing → slowing down → reflecting → releasing → resting.

✍️ Guided Reflection & Journaling

Through thoughtful prompts, you'll step out of the mental noise and create space to hear your own thoughts, needs and wants.

No writing experience needed and you can share as much or as little as feels right.

🌿 Release Ritual

We'll put something down — a thought, responsibility, expectation or emotional weight that you've been carrying.

🧘 Guided Deep-Rest Meditation

We'll finish with an extended guided meditation designed to help your body and mind truly settle.

For 25-30 minutes, there is nothing you need to do.

Just rest.

🤍 Connection without pressure

Rest doesn't have to mean being alone.

You'll share this experience with a small group of women in a warm, welcoming environment where meaningful connection is available — without pressure to perform, participate or share more than you're comfortable with.

You may be ready for Rest & Reset if...

  • Your mind feels like it has too many tabs open

  • You feel mentally or emotionally drained

  • You're constantly taking care of everyone else

  • You crave time without demands or distractions

  • You find it difficult to truly switch off

  • You want to reconnect with yourself

  • You enjoy reflection, ritual and meaningful experiences

  • You simply feel like you need a pause

You don't have to be overwhelmed to belong here.

Sometimes you just know it's time to stop.

What will you leave with?

Definitely, with more than just two pleasant hours.

You'll leave with:

A quieter mind.
A more settled body.
A little more space inside.
A renewed connection with yourself.

And, most importantly:

The feeling that you can breathe again.

This is not...

A lecture.
A therapy session.
A fitness class.
A networking event.
A wellness performance.

You don't need to know anything about meditation, journaling or ritual.

You just need to show up. I'll guide you through the rest.

What to bring

  • Journal and pen, if you'd like to write

  • Water or your favorite beverage

  • Comfortable clothing appropriate for the outdoor setting

  • Anything you personally need to feel comfortable

And perhaps most importantly:

Bring yourself exactly as you are.

You don't need to arrive calm.

You don't need to arrive positive.

You don't need to have anything figured out.

Just come.

Give yourself two hours.

Put down the noise.
Make some space.
Breathe.

Important Note:

This experience is designed for relaxation, reflection and personal growth. While many participants leave with valuable insights, it is not therapy, counseling or a medical service.
