9/12 Sip & Release
Lighten your load
When: Sept 12, 6–8pm
Where: Ten Trails Community Firepit, Black Diamond, WA
What:
September is a natural time to pause and take stock. Summer is winding down, a new season is beginning and sometimes we realize we're carrying more than we need to.
Sip & Release: Lighten Your Load is a relaxed outdoor evening designed to help you unwind, let go of something that's been weighing on you and make space for what you want more of.
We'll gather around the fire, enjoy a drink, connect with other women and take part in a simple guided release experience with reflection, conversation and a little She-Zen magic.
This isn't a workshop, therapy session or another item to check off your self-care list. It's an evening to step away from the usual demands, put something down and enjoy being present with yourself and others.
Why Join:
You may enjoy this experience if you:
Feel like you're carrying too much
